Winthrop Properties Launches Web Site for One One One Morgan

Evanston-based Winthrop Properties has announced that www.111morgan.com is now up and running as the Web site for the developer's new-construction loft community, One One One Morgan, located at Morgan and Adams streets in the West Loop.

The 166-home community includes one- and two-bedroom condominiums with one to two baths, a den and 680 to 1,535 square feet. A three-bedroom, 2,376-square-foot duplex penthouse is also available. Base prices range from $165,900 to $425,000, and the duplex is priced at $699,000. Deeded, indoor parking is $25,000 per space.

Homebuyers can log on to www.111morgan.com to view floor plans and building amenities, check the status of sales and ask questions about the community.

"Many homebuyers don't have as much time to shop as they'd like, but they still want to review key information," said Ibrahim Shihadeh, a principal of Winthrop Properties. "We developed the site as a quick and easy way for potential buyers to get the information they need to make an informed decision. And if they can't stop by during sales center hours, they can log on at their leisure and browse through floor plans."

Buyers can view a three-dimensional model of the One One One Morgan building and see floor plans for individual units by clicking on a floor and then selecting a home. Or, they can browse through a table that lists all residences by floor. The table includes square footage and indicates which homes are still available for purchase.

The www.111morgan.com site also features kitchen and living room photos of a decorated, vignette model on display at the sales center. The photos show some of the designer finishes offered at One One One Morgan, including Italian kitchen cabinetry, a stainless steel kitchen package, track lighting and custom-milled fireplace surround.

The site also lists standard amenities, such as 10-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, oversized balconies and decks, city views and granite countertops.

Buyers will find a map of the West Loop neighborhood, which details One One One Morgan's proximity to schools and universities, as well as businesses, banks, parks, shops and restaurants.

"The Web site is ideal for buyers who are just starting their search in the city and want to get a better sense of what One One One Morgan has to offer," said Bob Horner, principal of Winthrop Properties. "Buyers can readily resolve some of those initial concerns they might have, from 'how big are the balconies?' to 'where will I buy groceries?'

"Our goal with 111Morgan.com is to make the home buying process as easy and satisfying as possible for our customers," added Horner.

Other site features include background information about Winthrop Properties and an interactive interview form that allows buyers to contact the sales center directly. For more information, visit www.111morgan.com or call (312) 421-0111.

Winthrop Properties is a joint enterprise of developers Bob Horner and Ibrahim Shihadeh. Horner and Shihadeh share more than 40 years of real estate experience, during which time they have built and sold more than 5,000 homes.
