an ongoing effort to insure that you are completely satisfied
with your new home, we have provided all homebuyers with a one
year limited warranty. This warranty is designed to provide a
vehicle which you may use to obtain service for your new home
during the terms of the warranty. Click

to the warranty when making requests for service to insure that
the service requested is for a covered item.
Service
for non-emergency items may be requested either by e-mail, fax
or regular mail to the addresses included in the service request
form which is also part of this tab. Using a written request will
help to expedited your service and make it easier to follow-up
on its timely completion. No verbal requests for service can be
accepted. We appreciate your cooperation with this process.
Emergency
service should be requested by contacting the buildings on-site
management.
To
insure accuracy of communication and eliminate confusion, all
requests for warranty service should be forwarded to 111 S. Morgan
LLC by completing this form on-line or faxing it to 312-264-2344.
This
form can also be mailed to 111 S. Morgan LLC, 2708 Grant Street,
Evanston, IL 60201. You will receive an acknowledgment of your
request within 2 business days and you will be contacted to schedule
any required work within 3 business days.
Your
cooperation with these procedures will insure the most reliable
and timely response to all warranty requests.
